HUB Financial Center: Fiduciary Commitment

This course centers around HUB’s fiduciary responsibility to our clients, ensuring that all incoming funds are directed to the correct parties, safeguarding client policies, and ensuring they remain covered. The course is designed as an engaging, animation-based experience, which I developed using Adobe Character Animator and Premiere Pro. It takes the form of a news broadcast, with each segment outlining the necessary steps employees must follow to ensure accuracy when handling funds.

Development took over a month, as I built out custom characters with detailed, dynamic animations—complete with realistic body movements and facial expressions—bringing life to the learning experience. By combining this visual storytelling approach with critical information, the course ensures learners fully understand the fiduciary process while staying entertained and engaged.
