Banking Fraud Prevention Policy: Financial Fraud Tactics

This course represents one of the most comprehensive projects I’ve worked on, focusing on fraudsters' techniques to infiltrate organizations and target employees to extract sensitive information. Initially developed over a month and a half, it underwent an extensive four-month revision process before launching in March 2024. Later in August 2024, I incorporated new content on the threat of deepfakes, which took two additional weeks of development and another round of revisions.

To make the learning experience more engaging, I integrated video editing, interactive buttons for exploring additional information, knowledge checks throughout the course, and a final quiz to test comprehension. Since its deployment, over 700 employees have completed the course, gaining crucial insights to help them combat fraud and protect sensitive data.
